We’re Excited to offer a Limited Number of Vendor Opportunities to Black-Owned Businesses specializing in various sectors including Retail, Food & Beverage, Home Essentials, Health & Wellness, Fitness, Hair, Beauty, Makeup, Arts & Crafts, Literary Works, Photography, Videography, Media along with Entertainment Attractions such as Amusement Rides, Photo Booths, DJs, Music Artists & Performers, etc.
Completing our Festival Vendor Application DOES NOT Guarantee Your Participation. Our team reviews all submitted applications in order to foster a collective marketplace experience that offers a variety of Black-Owned Business products & services. We will ONLY contact you with the next steps if you're selected.

To be Eligible as a Vendor at our It Was All a Dream Festival, make sure to Thoroughly Read, Follow All Application Instructions, Pay the Application fee and Provide the Necessary Supporting Documents.

Here’s our Details and Guidelines Overview on Vendor Space Opportunities at our It Was All a Dream Festival. More specifics will be provided to Approved Vendors.
Commitment Requirements
MUST show up on time, maintain proper communication if there is a delay in arrival and prepared to sell, distribute your product and/or services from 11am - 7pm – No Exceptions.
10X10 ft. Vendor Space Provided
Space assignments are determined based upon the best interest of the Festival.
1 Tent and/or Table, and Chair, are Included
You will be held liable and charged to replace damaged and/or stolen Festival property. If you have your own branded setup you will need to provide pictures.
City Compliance is Mandatory
Vendor must have and provide all City permits, licenses and current liability insurance coverage prior to Festival in order to secure their vendor space if you are chosen.
No Electricity is Provided
If power is needed, vendors will be expected to provide their own power sources. Please notify us if generators will be used if you are chosen.

Due to the high volume of applications, please be advised that our Festival Vendor Application Fee is now in place.
ALL Applicants are Required to provide the Non-Refundable Application Fee. It is separate from the Vendor Fee and will be applied IF your Application is Approved.

ALL Vendors Participating in our 2025 Festival, it is Essential to have a Commercial Activity License and insurance. If chosen, this documentation will be required.
Community Resource Vendor – $FREE
Offers outreach programs for free or discounted services in business, housing, finance, childcare, and transportation, etc.
Teentrepreneur Vendor – $75
Parent and/or Legal Guardian consent required. Must be 13– 19 years old and able to provide a Valid City, State with DOB or School ID
Non-Profit Vendor – $125
Verification of 501(c)(3) is required
Business Vendor – $200
Includes: Retail, Fashion Accessories, Home Essentials, Arts & Crafts, Entertainment Attractions, etc.
Entertainment Vendor – $XX
Includes: Music Artist, Performer, Comedian, etc.
Food & Beverage Vendor – $450
Includes: Food, Desserts, Smoothies, Coffees & Teas, Non/Alcoholic Drinks, etc.

Vendor Payments
After filling out the Vendor Application Form, there will be a Payment Link in the Post-Submission Confirmation.
PLEASE NOTE: Festival Vendor Applications will ONLY be reviewed after we receive the Vendor Application Fee. Have your Non-Refundable Festival Vendor Application Fee method of payment ready to complete your application.
If you did not receive the payment link or a receipt confirming your payment, please send us an email with the Subject line: 2025 Festival Vendor Application Fee (specify PHL or ATL)
Once you are Approved, you will Receive an Invoice Email with a link to Complete your Payment.
PLEASE NOTE: To secure your spot, your 2024 Festival Vendor Fee MUST BE paid on time, by the specified due date on the Invoice or Vendor Space Opportunity will be Canceled and Forfeited. Vendor Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
